ABSTRACT
In this article, the author discusses the role of partner selection in helping Shell Foundation with its sustainable and scalable solution goals towards global development. He says that the Foundation has changed its approach in selecting a partner, considering the qualities that include the presence of a common vision, entrepreneurial flair, and openness to start-up risk. Meanwhile, he states that venture's success requires best staff recruitment and efficient operating systems development.
