A commentary on information systems service delivery organisations (ISSDOs) is presented The authors explain that these organisations aim to deliver projects and services to predefined requirements, quality standards, time schedules and budgeted costs. They enumerate the services offered by ISSDOs. They describe the models of service delivery in ISSDOs.
