In this article, the author comments on the move of travel agency Hays Travel Ltd. of not paying Air Travel Organisers' Licence (ATOL) Protection Contribution in Great Britain. The author believes that the move of Hays is disadvantageous to customers because they will no longer have protection once something goes wrong on the travel packages they have already purchased. She adds that other travel agencies would follow Hays by not paying ATOl as well.
