ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's opinion on her vote in favour of ABTA Ltd.'s resolution to tighten up bed bank liability. The author, as an agent, believes it is important to be able to offer consumer protection for all the products they sell through their agencies. ABTA's new resolution brings agents a little closer to that goal, says the author. The new resolution tightens up the rules of responsibility for clients' money, according to the author.
