ABSTRACT
In this article the author emphasizes the need for thoughtful tax reform of the government of Tucson, Arizona. The author explains that Tucson needs tax reform to address problems related to unemployment, finance for education, and public services. Also discussed are the recommendations from the Citizens Finance Review Commission on how Tucson can make an effective tax reform.
