ABSTRACT
In this article, the author reflects on the balance between an individual's demand on work life and an individual's enjoyment on family life in Great Britain. She stresses the desire of an individual to achieve work-life balance. She suggests the need for businesspeople to re-engineer their business to ensure that their clients are of sufficient quality to achieve required figures. Moreover, she recommends proper plan for the future desired lifestyle.
