Which? way for FSA to get tough on the bad banks

In this article the author discusses the efforts of Which? and the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) to address the growing complaints on bad bank advice through the Financial Service Authority (FSA) in Great Britain. The author states that Which? are receiving complaints from elder people on the risky investment advice provided by banks. The author adds that the growing concerns of FOS on these cases will inspire the FSA to investigate the issue and help them restore the trust of the public.
