ABSTRACT
In this article, the author discusses the outsource of financial institutions' information technology (IT) infrastructure. The author suggests ways on how financial institutions can choose an outsourcing partner, including the selection of a partner whose service process is flexible to provide special needs of an organization. He also cites steps for implementing an outsourcing arrangement.
