ABSTRACT
The author comments on various definitions of leadership. He points out that Peter Drucker's claim that people with followers are already leaders is inaccurate since celebrities, cults and football teams also have followers. He adds that leadership does not entail manipulation since vision and inspiration may likely be devalued. He offers his own definition of leadership.
