ABSTRACT
In this article the author presents his views on racism allegations at Financial Services Authority (FSA) in Great Britain. He states that issues on racism in FSA are severe and must be explained by the regulators. He mentions that its internal diversity climate questionnaire report from September 2008 revealed the unacceptable behavior within FSA. He says that the report expresses its concern on racist behavior and notes that staff in lower levels feel too scared to speak out.
