ABSTRACT
In this article the author describes the strategy of Rob Hain and Andrew Williams, owners of financial services firm City Financial, in achieving the success of their company. The primary approach of Hain and Williams is creating access to strong fund managers without a retail presence and assuring that the portfolio is designed in accordance to the needs and preferences of the consumers. Moreover, rheir experience in the financial services industry also helped them make the firm successful.
