ABSTRACT
In this article the author discusses the regulations created and proposed by several leaders for the asset-backed securities in Great Britain. He states that the annual conferences of the bankers, investors, issuers and related service companies are not giving any good result in addressing market paralysis and the rescue programmes they developed does not provide a solution. He adds that encouraging the investors to invest in the market is the best thing they can do.
