ABSTRACT
In this article the author discusses the business strategy used by Hexam for its business growth and development in Great Britain. He cites the goal of Hexam of its desire of controlling the destiny of the company despite of the 50:50 percent partnership between the managers and parent company. He states that the company has used the boutique model wherein their interest and investor's interest are aligned.
