ABSTRACT
In this article the author discusses the different investments appropriate for the mortgage industry in Great Britain. When engaging in the life insurance protection and general insurance transaction, mortgage networks need to consider the penetration rate because this varies. He suggests businesses to have a proactive management because this leads to achieving the desired management teams. Moreover, the infrastructure, information technology (IT), and people are needed for future investments.
