When engaging in the life insurance protection and general insurance transaction, mortgage networks need to consider the penetration rate because this varies. He suggests businesses to have a proactive management because this leads to achieving the desired management teams. Moreover, the infrastructure, information technology (IT), and people are needed for future investments.
