ABSTRACT
In this article, the author reflects on the significance of joining a wellness program to her health. She believes that it is a way of staying fit and getting healthy. She mentions that to achieve her goal, she religiously attended her workout schedule, wherein she exercised at the city pool, doing aerobics at the private pool during winter and walked at least three times in the park with her dogs.
