ABSTRACT
Examines the teachings of Marcellus and Photinus as the basis of Appolinarius' Christological model. Combined evidence of the arrangement of material in Apollinarius' Trinitarian treatise `Detailed Confession of the Faith'; Marcellus and Photinus as the chief proponents of the dyoprosopic Christology criticized by Apollinarius.
