ABSTRACT
The article examines 21st century Argentinian literature. In particular, it aims to identify the potential value and significance of works by young, female authors for the future of Argentinean literature. It notes that most of these authors were born after 1970 and were defined by the economic crisis which occurred in Argentina in 2001.
