ABSTRACT
Several letters to the editor are presented concerning air travelers' complaints including one who was booked to a business flight at Swiss International Air Lines but was offered to travel to an earlier flight in the economy class, another traveler who missed the connecting flight, and one traveler who had difficulty in getting a refund from Alitalia.
