ABSTRACT
This article reports on a case of a 67-year-old male who was diagnosed with blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm following autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. The patient presented with a solitary three-centimeter skin lesion on the left shoulder. A skin biopsy showed diffuse dermal infiltrates composed of monomorphic medium-sized blasts with irregular nuclei and finely dispersed chromatin. The clinical management of the patient is discussed.
