Several letters to the editor are presented in response to articles in previous issues including the relationship between medical education and pharmaceutical industry by P. C. Hébert and colleagues in the September 7, 2010, the importance of marathon running and barefoot run, and the development of blue inhaler in asthma therapy among patients.
