ABSTRACT
A letter is presented from Full Channel TV Inc. vice-president Levi Maaia to U.S. Federal Communications Commission chairman Julius Genachowski following an incident in which WUNI-TV, owned by Entravision Communications Corp., pulled its signal on February 18, 2011 after Full Channel rejected to accept the 33% increase for retransmission consent.
