ABSTRACT
Objective: An 18-year-old female was diagnosed and treated for Congenital Cystic Adcnomatoid Malformation (CCAM) involving left lower lobe of lung. This rare presentation was discussed. Design: Case report. Methods: The patient was diagnosed from left lower lobectomy and subsequent histopathological examination! Results: Radio-histopathological correlation was consistent with congenital cystic adcnomatoid malformation of the lung (Stocker type I). ' Conclusion: Though rare congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation must be kept in mind as a differential diagnosis of cystic lung diseases.
