ABSTRACT
A letter from U.S. President Barack Obama to health care stakeholders is presented. He appreciates the commitment of people in the medical sector to health care reform. The sector also pledged to reduce spending growth rate by 1.5 percentage points. Obama agrees that controlling health care costs is essential to providing affordable, quality care.
