Several letters to the editor are presented in response to articles in previous issues, including "Tax Implications of Lifetime Transfers vs. Transfers at Death," in the June 1998 issue, "Why Is Risk Management Being Overlooked?," in the April 1998 issue, and an interest in improving the quality of tax planning advice offered to clients.
