An interview with David Bojanini García, chief executive officer of pension fund administrator Grupo Sura, is presented in which he shares his approach to observing the movements of pension savings. He talks about setting the offer price for their purchase of the Latin American pension business of financial services company ING, the individual savings system as a successful policy measure, and the tax process as a key factor for stimulating voluntary savings.
