An interview with Eduardo Eraña, president of financial services corporation Visa for Latin America and the Caribbean, is presented in which he shares his strategy for convinces people to adopt electronic payment systems. He talks about the company going public, abandoning their participation in acquisition processing company VisaNet Brasil, and the migration from cash and checks usage to electronic payments. He also discusses the incentives given to encourage electronic payments.
