ABSTRACT
An interview with William F. Hutter, chief executive officer of human resource consulting firm Sequent, is presented. When asked whether companies should worry about health insurance because of its volatility, he said worrying about the volatility of health insurance is only considering the cost and not the cultural issues involved with the perception of employee welfare. He added that organizations need to be careful about forgetting insurance and giving up the tax advantage.
