ABSTRACT
The article presents an interview with Rafi Azim-Khan, head of intellectual property (IP)and data privacy, Europe at the firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. When asked what his first job was, he says that he worked with IP firm Woodham Smith. He says that his worst experience working as a trainee was having to deal with instructions from cryptic partners. He says that Oxo Tower restaurant in London, England is his favorite restaurant.
