ABSTRACT
An interview with Mehul C. Choksi, chairman and managing director of the Gitanjali Group, is presented. He mentions that he took over the reins of diamond-cutting's family business at a young age after his father died. He states that the company successfully achieved success at every level by combining his unique business model and far-sightedness. He claims that innovation has frequently taken a centre stage when it comes to developing their business strategies.
