ABSTRACT
An interview with several local brokers and industry experts including Hal Lehrman, Jonathan Miller, and Wendy Stephenson, is presented. Lehrman states that Barclays Center has a positive impact on residential prices however, there is a hard residential sales in Prospect Heights and Nostrand Avenue in New York. Miller notes that there have been 53 sales in Prospect Heights in 2013. Stephenson cites that she hopes that there was more inventory in Heights, because the demand outbalance supply.
