ABSTRACT
An interview with professor and assistant dean Elayne E. Greenberg and Honorable Leif M. Clark is presented. Greenberg says that winning in mediation includes the recalibration of advocacy approaches from the adversarial style. Clark says that lawyers can be effective as advocates for a sensible deal between conflicting clients. Clark adds that the result of settlement could be at the mediation itself while in most cases, it requires more tending after formal mediation sessions end.
