ABSTRACT
An interview with Jim Bishop, field marketing manager of Sun Chemical Corp., is presented. When asked about the risks of migration in packaging, he refers to the close proximity between printed inks, coatings or adhesives and packaged food. He discusses the experience of Sun Chemical in manufacturing low migration inks. He offers information on the company's products that can help reduce migration risks in packaging.
