ABSTRACT
An interview with Richard Peabody, publisher of the international literary journal "Gargoyle" and owner of Paycock Press, is presented. When asked about his transition from writer to editor and publisher, he refers to do so for collecting money to print the periodical. Peabody presents his views on the editing of poetry or nonfiction and fiction. He also explores his best and worst editing experiences.
