ABSTRACT
An interview with information technology (IT) leaders Joy Hatch, Kamran Khan, and Thomas Hoover is presented. Hatch says that the budget challenges face by her IT group are related to personnel. Khan adds that budget challenges remain in IT's ability to respond and accommodate the technology choices of users, the change in technology, and replacement of IT infrastructure. Hoover mentions that he spends money and resources to maintain and strengthen network infrastructure.
