ABSTRACT
An interview with director of the Institute of Technical Physics Leszek Jaroszewicz is presented. When asked about the management of his big project, he refers that project is being carried out in four parallel research areas including liquid crystal cells, fiber optic, and photonic materials. Jaroszewicz believes that a research group led by Roman Dbrowski laid the idea of liquid crystal compounds.
