An interview with Berkery Noyes & Co. LLC managing director Peter Yoon is presented. He says that companies in the corporate and professional training sector have shown good top-line growth and profitability in 2012. He expects that the mergers and acquisition (M&A) activity from private equity will increase in 2013 and 2014. He notes that the proliferation of new companies within the education sector and the speed of change will necessitate some consolidation.
