ABSTRACT
An interview with Ben Einstein, co-founder of Bolt accelerator program, is presented. When asked what Bolt is all about, he describes it to offer resources for building a start-up hardware company. He refers to hardware companies to have a simple piece of hardware that enables a new set of functionality and user applications. He cites that they are focused on looking for teams of great people. Frustrated, experienced engineers are revealed to be encouraged to apply.
