An interview with Lenna and Ed Easter of the Eastern North Carolina Rose Society (ENCRS) is presented. They provide information about the ENCRS including its establishment on February 4, 1995 and their respective roles in the rose society. They explain the difference about their judged show compared with other plant show competitions. Several elements that contributed to their decision to do a rose exhibition instead of a standard show are discussed.
