An interview with triathlete coach Siri Lindley is presented. When asked about how Brett Sutton influenced her coaching, she says that Sutton is a mental coach who is better at tough love and can work hard in helping how to overcome whatever an athlete holds back physically, mentally or emotionally. Lindley says that she tries different angles when an athlete is not the right fit for her coaching. She adds that her inspirational quotes on Facebook or Twitter have relevance for her athletes.
