An interview with Joshua Waldman, social media expert and the author of the book "Job Searching with Social Media for Dummies," is presented. When asked about personal brand, he refers to understanding of one's own values and direction and understanding the needs of organization. Waldman believes that making and maintaining a positive online reputation is important. He also suggests sharing testimonials given to an individual by others and keeping updates by subscribing blogs.
