An interview with Christy Conway, a field sales consultant with Henry Schein Dental in San Diego, California, on her success on the use of social media to reach customers in the dental industry, is presented. Conway cites that she started using social media to reach dental teams in 2009 when she was on maternity leave. She mentions that dentists and team members are very receptive to using social media. She mentions that Facebook and YouTube are the two big social media sites to reach customers.
