She states that constant exposure in powersports industry made her love the challenges of operating a retail motorcycle dealership. She says that she is thankful for her father's example which influenced her professional life. She also mentions that professionalism and dignity on staff's roles in dealership were her father's biggest impact on motorcycle retailing.
