ABSTRACT
An interview with Pennsylvania State University foodservice department assistant manager Brandon Hendricks is presented. Regarding his proudest accomplishment, he cites feeding the Pennsylvania State football team at his foodservice location for the last two years. He asserts that his skill of adapting to change well as something that he excels at over his more seasoned colleagues. He notes the remodeling of the dining commons that came to fruition as his most rewarding moment.
