ABSTRACT
An interview with KU Dining director and The National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) president Nona Golledge is presented. She asserts that the best part of her job is being able to glean a lot of information from students when partnering with students on class assignments. She notes that keeping up with the ever-changing needs and expectations of customers as the worst part. She states that she would be a grade school teacher if she was not in the foodservice.
