ABSTRACT
An interview with Maree Najem, Chief of Education at the Napoleon Perdis Makeup Academy (NPMA), is presented. She explains that as the Chief of Education, her role in the academy is to oversee the curriculum, trainers and the education unit of the academy. She states that the courses offered at NPMA are based on the expertise of Napoleon Pertis as an entrepreneur and a makeup artist. She advices that to be successful makeup students should nurture their creativity and explore every opportunity.
