ABSTRACT
An interview with former Germany-based Bad Homburg chief financial officer (CFO) Michael Brosnan is presented. When asked why Fresenius SE and Fresenius Medical Care are able to come to high yield market, he believes that both companies are noncyclical and have good reputation in the market. He discusses the particular bond issue which is involved in the latest deal between these companies. He also reveals the plan of Fresenius Medical Care to go back to the high yield market.
