An interview with two reinsurance brokers Jeffrey Lee and James Yeh is presented. When Yeh asked about his expectations in the insurance industry, he refers to providing best and latest reinsurance market news, information and trends to the insurers. Lee believes that the responsibility of capital management is understating its implications and implementation within the business strategy lies with the company. They comment on the criteria for working with a reinsurance broker.
