ABSTRACT
This article presents an interview with Berkeley Breathed, the cartoonist who won a Pulitzer Prize for the satirical Bloom County comic strip featuring Opus the Penguin and other fanciful characters. He says that the single largest box-office hit in Hollywood history is Berkeley Breathed Cleopatra. He also says that the film "Mars Needs Moms" has a problem in motion capture. He further says that the characters in the film bear no resemblance to those in Breathed's book, "Mars Needs Moms."
