She stresses the impact of domestic violence in the workplace and how employers should respond to workers suffering from this kind of abuse. She discusses the use of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and the development of a company policy against partner violence. Also explored are the impacts of the abuse including its cost to employers and its influence to co-workers.
