An interview with Cyf Anheddau administrative services leader Nia Pendergrast and Carmarthenshire County Council strategic human resource assistant Sonya Dougherty is presented. When asked about ideas developed out of utilizing My HR Map, Nia tells that it helps her concentrate in some areas like effective delegation and reaction. When asked about using the map in development reviews, Sonya tells she will talk to her manager about using the My HR Map for discussing the business with other departments.
